What does "made to order" actually mean?

Every piece is crafted specifically for you after you hit order. No mass production, no sitting in warehouses collecting dust. When you order, we spring into action and create your KOK piece from scratch. It's like having a personal tailor, but way cooler.

How long until I get my order?

Great things take time, and great fashion takes 2-3 weeks. Our production partners work with precision to ensure your piece is crafted to perfection. We know waiting sucks, but trust us—it's worth it. Quality over speed, every time.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your piece goes into production, we'll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey from our production floor to your front door. No ghosting here.

Why does it take longer than other brands?

Because we're not other brands. While fast fashion churns out cookie-cutter clothes, we're creating something specifically for you. Each piece goes through quality checks, precise crafting, and careful packaging. We'd rather take our time than cut corners.

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally because confidence knows no borders. Shipping costs and times vary by location, but we'll let you know exactly what to expect at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

How accurate are your size charts?

Dead accurate. We work closely with our production partners to ensure consistency across all pieces. When in doubt, size up—confidence looks better with a bit of room to breathe.

What's your return policy?

We stand behind every piece we create, but since each item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. We do offer returns for defective items or production errors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you expected, contact us at info@kok-global.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

What materials do you use?

Only the good stuff. We work with premium fabrics and sustainable materials wherever possible. Each product page lists the specific materials used, so you know exactly what you're getting.

How do I care for my KOK pieces?

Care instructions are included with every order, but generally: wash cold, hang dry, and treat with respect. These pieces are built to last if you look after them.

What if there's a defect or quality issue?

Contact us immediately with photos and we'll sort it out. Our quality control is tight, but if something slips through, we'll fix it fast.

Is the name really what I think it is?

Yep. We're not shy about it. KOK is intentionally provocative because fashion should make a statement. If you're easily offended, we're probably not for you—and that's okay.

Do you wholesale to other retailers?

Nope. We're direct-to-consumer only, which means better prices for you and better control over quality for us. Win-win.
