Product Information and Orders
Made to Order Process: All our products are created specifically for you after you place your order. No mass production, no sitting in warehouses – just fresh pieces made with intention.
Product Descriptions: We work hard to accurately describe our products, but colors may appear differently on your screen than in person. Material feel, fit, and finish are based on our production partners' specifications.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change without notice, but you'll always pay the price shown when you place your order.
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
Payment and Billing
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full before we begin production.

Production and Shipping
Free Shipping: We've got you covered – shipping is free on all orders, everywhere. Because confidence shouldn't cost extra.
Delivery: Orders are shipped to the address you provide. Make sure it's correct – we can't be responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses. Someone needs to be available to receive your package, or it may be left with neighbors or at a collection point.
Returns and Exchanges
Quality Promise: We stand behind every piece we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we'll make it right.
Return Timeframe: Report any issues within 30 days of delivery. After that, we assume you're happy with your purchase.
Return Process: Contact us at info@kok-global.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Custom Orders: Since everything is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues (unless there's a production error), or because you've developed commitment issues.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receiving the returned item.
Intellectual Property
Our Designs: All designs, logos, text, and images on our site are owned by KOK Global Limited or licensed for our use. They're protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your Use: You can use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
